Returns be made (with authorization) with-in 10 days. All refused orders will be subject to a cancellation fee of $29.00 along with applicable restocking fees and shipping charges that will be charged to your credit card account. All items other than opened software, subject to manufacturer’s restrictions, can be returned within 10 days of purchase for refund or replacement and the following terms and conditions will apply. No returns will be allowed on opened software. No exceptions. Opened defective software can be returned for replacement with the same product only within 10 days of receipt. All returns are required to be labeled with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which has to be obtained from our returns department prior to your returning the product. Return of UNOPENED item will be subject to shipping charges. Return of UNOPENED NON-DEFECTIVE products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable. Defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product without restocking fee. Replacement product will be shipped out on receipt of the returned product by BuyBargainDeals.com without additional shipping charges.
